Standard Cancellation Policy Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate advance notice to adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. This is to compensate our cleaners for reserved time slots and lost opportunities to book other clients. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: A 100% service fee will be charged for same-day cancellations or if our cleaners arrive and are unable to access the property.
