Spring Clean

Deep Clean typically takes 6-8 hours depending on the size of your property. This service includes but is not limited to; trash removed from entire space, windows inside, ledges and baseboards, ceiling fans, inside and outside of all appliances and fridge exterior. Stove top and oven too. spot clean all walls doors and ext. cabinets. All door handles and high traffic areas to be disenfected. under all furniture with dust mop and plus all the regular basics.

Basic Clean

The Basic clean is usually performed on a weekly or bi-wkly basis. All rooms are cleaned, starting with trash cans emptied surfaces dusted mmirrors and decor wiped clean. floors vacuumed and swept then mopped. pillows throw blankets other pieces straightened. Kitchens dishes in sink are washed and put away appliances wiped down on the outside. stove tops cleaned floors and walls spot cleaned. Other things such as fans window ledges are dobe on a rotating schedule. we start at the top and work our way down and go from the back of space and work our way to the front. This process proves to be most effective and can ensure that no space is missed.

Holiday Decorating

This service includes removing all decor items for interior or exterior from your storage spot and setting it all up. Clean up and tare down included. Sometimes this service will include shopping or purchasing additional pieces to finish or update the theme or look of your holiday decor. This is entirely up to the customer and can be arranged. We set up for partys or put up that 15 ft tall christmas tree and light up your foyer. Let us lift the burden and brighten your holiday season.

Rather your moving in or out we got you covered. Renter or homeowner you will get it rented and or you will get your deposit, and we guarrantee this. Our team will leave your place shining from inside and out of all cabinets and closets. Walls baseboards doors spot and scuff free. Fixtures and Hardware shined. You will have no problem moving in and making this space your own. You will turn over those keys with the confidence you deserve. We know how frustrating and chaotic these times can be. New Builds

2 step process includes rough clean and sparkle. Where all debri, excess building materials and garbage thats left behind by contractors is removed. All surfaces are wiped down, floors are cleaned. Second step in the process is the final clean or we like to call it the "sparkle" where once the appliances are installed and the punch list is worked off we come in and remove all over spray and all dust from all surfaces all fixtures and hardware is shined. Your house or your property is ready to move in or show. So you can be confident about that Open House!
