PUMP - Upper body 1.0 - are the indoor classes. Basic level of advancement, moderate intensity and volume workouts targeting muscles building and body shaping of the upper body muscles groups. Simply - many repetition, muscle blood pumping, close to muscle failur. You feel the muscles burning and getting swolen in it's possitive sense. Get your body toned , stronger and more endure.
