In the event that the client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment , 48 hours notice to PLM TSWELLO TRADING is required. Notice may be given by email, sms, whatsapp or phone call. Should the client fail to give 48 hours notice on more than one occasion, the client must pay 50% for canceled service first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled service thereafter. Canceling more than three consecutive or more than seven total scheduled, without prior approval of The Proficient Cleaning, will be deemed a material breach and allow PLM TSWELLO TRADING to cancel the contract and or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies. In the event that PLM TSWELLO TRADING need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hour notice will be given to the client. If The Proficient Cleaning fails to give 24 hours notice, client will be offered 35% free cleaning.
