To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48-25 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100%. We do not charge this fee for those canceling due to illness. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
