The remaining balance is ALWAYS due in CASH  ONLY! SAME DAY CANCELLATION: results in the loss of your deposit, you will have to pay another deposit to book an appointment. You must cancel/re-book your appointment at least 48 HOURS prior to your appointment. Your deposit will then be a credit given to use towards your future appointment. (credit is only valid for 60 DAYS after cancellation) NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment at all, unfortunately you will be banned from booking any future appointments.
