Cancellation policy
Cancellations for sessions accepted. For monthly contracts time can be rescheduled but missed sessions not cancelled will still be charged for. Cancellations for parties made 2 weeks prior will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the party time will be refunded at 75%. Parties not cancelled or cancelled within 48 hrs of the time will not be refunded.

Party or Group Booking
This caters for a group of up to 10 people within the space (adults or children), and allows for a 30 minute set up time, 2 hr active play and 30 minute pack up time. Tables & chairs provided. Catering and other services can be provided on request.
