Standard Session Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date. If you need to cancel your session: 2 or more weeks before your session — 80% of the remaining balance will be refunded 1 week before your session — 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded Less than 1 week before your session — No refund will be issued Rescheduling is welcome, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 1 week before the session date will be treated as a cancellation. Wedding Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. If you need to cancel your wedding booking: 7–8 weeks before the wedding date — 80% of the remaining balance will be refunded 6 weeks before the wedding date — 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded 4–5 weeks before the wedding date — 25% of the remaining balance will be refunded 3 weeks or less before the wedding date — No refund will be issued Rescheduling is welcome, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 weeks before the wedding date will be treated as a cancellation.
