Cancellations MUST be effected no less than a minimum of 12 hours prior to appointed time and date. Kindly note that the booking fee of R200 is non-refundable. Cancellations not effected within minimum time stipulated will still be liable to 50% of the session total. This is due to the high number of clients making bookings and not honouring such bookings. Whereas this time could have been allocated to another paying client.
