🧹 Maid4Cleaning — Cancellation Policy 1. Standard Cancellation Policy (Printable/For Website Use) At Maid4Cleaning, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review our cancellation guidelines below: 1. Cancellation Notice • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total cleaning cost. 2. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. • We’ll make every effort to accommodate your preferred new date and time. 3. Access to Property • If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property (no key, locked out, or alarm issues), this will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the fee will apply. 4. Recurring Clients • Missed or late cancellations for recurring clients may affect your regular cleaning schedule. We’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability. 5. Weather & Emergencies • If Maid4Cleaning must cancel due to severe weather, illness, or emergency circumstances, no fees will be charged, and we’ll contact you to reschedule promptly. ⸻ 2.
