Cancellations if it is a big event like a wedding should be at least 78 hrs in advanced or absolutely no negotiations on getting a deposit back unless it’s an extreme emergency. if it is something small where is only takes a couple hours 24 hour notice would be amazing especially if you want your deposit back but we can always negotiate that as well !
