Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking, a 30% down payment is required upon reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the service date. Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and GCash for your convenience. Cancellation Terms: ✅ Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund of the down payment. ✅ Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund of the down payment. ✅ No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date or no-shows are non-refundable. Weather & Safety Policy: If the tour or aerial photography/videography service is canceled by us due to bad weather or safety concerns, you may reschedule at no extra cost or request a full refund.
