Session Fees are NON-refundable and sessions are NOT available for reschedule. I will absolutely work with you if I have another day/time available in an emergency but it's not guaranteed and fees will not be refunded if you can't make the slot you committed to. COVID (or other illness) clause ~Should COVID or another unforeseen illness/circumstance arise and we are closed down OR should I become ill and am unable to work then this would be the only circumstance in which you will have the following options in regards to your normally non-refundable session fee 1) To use your session fee towards the cost of another one of my minis should slots be available 2) To use your session fee towards the cost of a future mini session any time between the date of your original session and the end of the 2022 calendar year.
