Your appointments and convenience are of utmost importance to us. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your schedule. If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee (deposit fee).
In the event of a no-show or last-minute appointment cancellation, a 50% deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment.
Please be aware that when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, rescheduling can become challenging, and clients with scheduled services may miss out on timely appointments.
