Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. You are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session. 2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session fee. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or rescheduling options for these late cancellations. 3. No-shows, where clients do not attend or provide adequate notice of cancellation, will also be charged the full session fee.
