1. If passenger vaandels 48 hours or more before flight a riffing will be awarded. 2. If passengers cancel less than 48 hours before flight only 50% of the ticket fee will be refunded. 3. If passengers are late for their flight or do not show up no refund will be awarded. 4. If Ballooning Cape Town cancels die to bad weather or any other safety reasons a refund will be awarded after 3rd reschedule attempt. 5. ALL refunds will have a R500 cancelation fee. This is not negotiable.
