To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur any additional fees; however, the booking deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking value. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking value. • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, rescheduling within 48 hours of the service date may be treated as a cancellation. • If access cannot be gained to the property upon arrival, a call-out fee may apply.
