Cancellation policy
To secure an appointment, we may need your card details or a non-refundable booking fee. Your card won't be charged initially, but a no-show or late cancellation will trigger charges. Cancellations within 48 hours are 50%, within 24 hours are 100%, and no-shows are 100%. The booking fee is non-refundable but transferable once within 30 days with over 48 hours' notice.
Special offers require a 50%-100% non-refundable deposit, with 100% charge for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours before, and early contact is encouraged to avoid charges. Full payment may be required upfront, treated as a non-refundable booking fee, subject to late cancellation charges.
Without a booking fee or card capture, canceling within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge (100% within 24 hours), and future bookings may require full payment in advance. Missing an appointment without notice may result in removal from the online booking system, requiring full payment for new appointments. Special offer prices can't be carried over for missed appointments.

Eyebrows
Brows - Microblading, Machine Hairstrokes, Ombre, Powder, Combination. I use a range of techniques, from hair strokes to powder or ombre misting, to create a flattering brow to suit each client. Depending on the client’s skin type and texture I will be able to create hair strokes, a powder or ombre effect or a mixture of both to give you the perfect brow as individual as you are. A skin test must be conducted at least 48hrs prior to appointment. All full price treatments include the first top-up 6-8 weeks following the initial treatment.

Lips
Lip Blush, Full Colour, Pixel Ombre I use a range of techniques from Lip line to full lip colour to ombre effect to give dimension to the lip area. You receive a skin test at least 48hrs prior. All full price treatments include the first top-up 6-8 weeks following the initial treatment.

Lip Neutralisation
Lip Neutralisation is a specialise treatment for those with cool or melanin rich lips. It involves a minimum of 2 sessions. The aim is to use colour theory to even out the lip colour. ? What we achieved during the client’s first session: Lightening of the lips Getting closer to achieving an even lip colour tone Enhanced lip shape and symmetry Skin test and consultation MUST be done to assess lips - please book that in first Please note an aditional treatment may be required if lips are very pigment rich -£110 per extra session.

Eyes - Upper lash enhancment
The lash enhancement is a tight lined frame for the eye to give the illusion of a thicker lashes on the top line. This is a subtle look that only enhances the lash line Skin test required 48 hrs prior. All full price treatments include the first top-up 6-8 weeks following the initial treatment. If clients require a thicker flick or smokey effect upon top up there will be an extra charge of £50.

I use a range of techniques to create a flattering frame for the eyes such as a eyeline above and through the lashes, a line with a wedge or wing, or a Smokey liner to suit each client. This is a stronger lash enhancement to give a stronger look Skin test 48hrs prior is required. All full price treatments include the first top-up 6-8 weeks following the initial treatment.
